New Photos

Luke is growing so fast!

Luke is growing so quickly. - He's 11 weeks old now!  Last Wednesday when we weighed him he was already 13 lbs and 4 oz.  He is so much fun cooing & smiling.  He enjoys bathtime and diaper time too.  The best part is he is sleeping through the night (for almost 3 weeks now)!  We are loving it!  He is a happy, healthy baby and we are totally in love with him.  He's our little blessing!

Luke @ 6 weeks

We weighed & measured Luke last night...  he weighs 11 lbs and 4 ozs and he is 23 inches in length.  Yes, we think he is our little pig.  Yesterday was also my first day back to work and it went great!  But it went so well because I knew Luke was in the wonderful care of his father!  Jason did wonderful and it was great to get home last night and hear about their day together!  I'm so glad things have worked out the way they have.  All for now.

Luke is growing & changing!

Luke is growing and changing tremendously.  It is hard to believe he's 5 weeks old.  He weighs 10 lbs and 12 oz as of Monday and continues to impress us.  He is smiling back and we really get a kick out of his laugh - Well, what it boils down to is when someone is holding him and gets to laughing he starts laughing too!  It's the cutest gum-filled grin.  (We are still working on capturing a photo of that one!)  Well, all for now... more photos next week after Uncle Kevin's wedding!

More of Luke

Well, here are some more photos and many of the wonderful family and friends Luke has met so far. We decided he was growing so fast we should weigh and measure him - yesterday he weighed 10 lbs and is 22 inches long already. So, we have decided he is our cute little pig. He is really starting to smile back and make a few coo's in the midst of lots of grunts. They are pretty cute unless they are happening in the middle of church when everything is very quiet.

Luke's Big Trip

Well, we have taken a "BIG" trip this week.  On Thursday morning we flew to Dallas, Texas and we are driving back to Indiana.  Luke did great on the plane & those flight attendants would have done anything for us.  You get treated differently traveling with a cute, sleeping baby!  No Complaints.  And for road tripping - he's also done great!  If he keeps up this he'll be making more road trips!!!

Luke is growing & changing already!

It is hard to believe how fast he is growing and changing already - he's getting chubby cheeks!  At the Doctor on Monday he now weighs 8 lbs and 4 ozs.  He's an inch longer in two weeks time.  He's doing great and this week we have been blessed to have Gram & Papaw visit from Southern Indiana.  Gram stayed and we have been shopping, playing and getting all sorts of fun stuff done!  We've also met Uncle Bobby & Aunt Stacy & Aunt Sarah this week too!!!  Memaw and Papaw Z have been over to visit too!!!  It's been so much fun!

We are going to take Gram back to Gentryville tonight and have our first 3 hour car ride.  I figure if he can handle 7 hours of shopping 3 hours in a car shouldn't be bad!!!  (Wishful thinking on my part at least!)   Well, it will be a quick visit to meet some of the uncles and counsins I haven't met yet!  And so many more to meet on July 10th at Kevin & Ashley's wedding!  *** We are excited to see everyone then!!!
